Courage to Care Exhibition Extended

The Courage to Care Exhibition has been received extremely well by school and community groups alike. The lessons have been invaluable and the stories inspiring. Courage to Care has now drawn to the end of its stay here in Wagga and come Monday the stories and objects will find themselves on their way to another community spreading their messages of co-operation and taking a stand against injustice.

It’s not too late for you to experience the exhibition which is currently on display at the Museum’s Historic Council Chambers site. Open from 10am – 5pm on Saturday, and 12pm – 4pm on Sunday for you to learn the stories of survival and the power of not being a bystander when you see prejudice or injustice.

Complementing this exhibition, and closing on the same day, is a display of finalists from B’nai B’rith’s Harmony Day Poster Design Competition, which ask the important question, ‘What Can I Do?’

So if Courage to Care is something that’s been on your to-do list, now is your last chance; get down to the Museum’s Historic Council Chambers site this weekend.
