Police have been told about 5pm Monday 11 July, a male entered an address in Tighe Street, Waratah.<\/p>\n
A 56-year-old man confronted the man and a physical altercation broke out. As a result, a 56-year-old man has suffered a broken nose.<\/p>\n
The 56-year-old man was taken to John Hunter Hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n
The man who allegedly entered the property left the residence and was last seen on Tighe Street.<\/p>\n
Police from Newcastle LAC established a crime scene and spoke with residents.<\/p>\n
