Police are investigating a fatal collision at Williamtown this afternoon.<\/p>\n
About 4.40pm (Tuesday 8 March 2016), emergency services were called to Tomago Road, following reports a car and a truck collided.<\/p>\n
The male driver of the car died at the scene.<\/p>\n
The truck driver was taken to John Hunter Hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing.<\/p>\n
Officers from Port Stephens Local Area Command attended and commenced inquiries.<\/p>\n
A crime scene has been established and will be examined by investigators.<\/p>\n
