A man has been charged over the alleged possession of a large amount of child abuse material in Albury.<\/p>\n
About 2pm (Friday 4 March 2016), officers attached to Albury Local Area Command attended a home on Olive Street, Albury, where they spoke with a 56-year-old man.<\/p>\n
During a search of the home, police found a laptop that allegedly contained a large amount of child abuse material.<\/p>\n
The laptop was seized from the property and is undergoing further examination.<\/p>\n
The man was arrested and taken to Albury Police Station, where he was charged with produce, disseminate or possess child abuse material.<\/p>\n
