Rhys McKinley, aged 28, is currently wanted on an outstanding warrant related to a stealing offence.<\/p>\n
He is described as being Caucasian in appearance, about 170-180cm tall, with a medium build, brown hair and blue eyes.<\/p>\n
Mr McKinley is known to frequent the Stockton and surrounding areas.<\/p>\n
