<\/b>Police are appealing for information after a teenager suffered stab wounds during a fight near Wagga Wagga.<\/p>\n
About 2.30am today (Saturday 17 October 2015), a brawl broke out between a number of young people on Marshall and Poulton Streets at Ashmont.<\/p>\n
During the brawl, a 17-year-old boy suffered stab wounds to his torso.<\/p>\n
He was treated at the scene by Ambulance Paramedics before being taken to Wagga Wagga Base Hospital where he underwent surgery. He remains in a serious condition.<\/p>\n
Detectives from Wagga Wagga Local Area Command are investigating the incident and are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
