<\/b>Three people have been taken to hospital after they were attacked by four dogs at New Lambton this morning.<\/p>\n
About 10.30am, (Saturday 17 October 2105), two men and a woman were in Wickham Street, when they were approached by four dogs.<\/p>\n
The dogs attacked the group, inflicting serious puncture wounds to the adults hands and arms.<\/p>\n
They were taken to John Hunter Hospital and treated for their injuries.<\/p>\n
The dogs have been secured and police from Newcastle City Local Area Command have advised local council rangers.<\/p>\n
