<\/b>A police operation is currently underway, after the occupants of a 4WD shot at police near Wagga Wagga this afternoon.<\/p>\n
Shortly after 2pm today (Friday 16 October 2015), police from Wagga Wagga Local Area Command attempted to stop a silver Nissan Navara 4WD, with registration plates CVS-95L, near Wagga Wagga.<\/p>\n
The two male occupants allegedly shot at the police car before fleeing.<\/p>\n
A pursuit was commenced, however was terminated a short time later.<\/p>\n
A pursuit was recommenced when the vehicle was again sighted on Cheviott Hills Road, near the intersection of Pulletopp Road, Mangoplah.<\/p>\n
The occupants again shot at police before fleeing.<\/p>\n
No one was injured during the incidents.<\/p>\n
A large scale operation is currently underway as police search for the vehicle and occupants.<\/p>\n
