<\/b>Police have renewed a public appeal to help locate a minimum security prisoner who escaped from Goulburn Correctional Centre yesterday, and have also appealed for information to help locate a vehicle used in the escape.<\/p>\n
Beau Wiles, 25, was last seen at a work area outside the minimum security section within the Goulburn Correctional Complex just before 10am yesterday (Wednesday 30 September 2015).<\/p>\n
Police from The Hume Local Area Command continue to search for Wiles, and have moved into an investigative phase, targeting persons and locations Beau Wiles is known to frequent.<\/p>\n
He\u2019s described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, with medium build, brown hair and green eyes. Wiles has a tattoo on his lower right forearm and was wearing prison greens.<\/p>\n
Police are also asking for assistance from the community to locate a vehicle that may have been used yesterday to transport the escapee from the Goulburn area.<\/p>\n
The vehicle is described as being a black Holden Commodore SS Sedan VE 2008 to 2012 Model. Police are asking the driver of that vehicle to contact police to assist with inquiries.<\/p>\n
Police are following up a number of leads and wish to thank the community for their assistance so far.<\/p>\n
State Crime Command are also assisting local detectives to investigate the escape and locate the escapee to return him to custody.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
