Martin Nicholas Russell, 41, is wanted in relation to an outstanding warrant for two intimidation offences.<\/p>\n
Mr Russell is described as being Caucasian appearance, with olive skin, approximately 180-185cm tall, and of a medium build. He has brown eyes and short brown hair.<\/p>\n
Martin Russell is known to frequent the areas of East Albury, Albury and Lavington.<\/p>\n
