<\/b>A police officer has been issued with a court attendance notice following an alleged incident at a licensed premises in Goulburn last month.<\/p>\n
About 8.45pm (Thursday 25 June 2015), the 26-year-old off-duty officer, attached to Monaro Local Area Command, was allegedly asked to leave the club in Auburn Street, due to his level of intoxication.<\/p>\n
The man failed to leave and police attended.<\/p>\n
A future court attendance notice was issued yesterday (Thursday 23 July 2015); for excluded person remain in the vicinity of licensed premises and excluded persons re-enter licensed premises.<\/p>\n
