A man will be airlifted from the Hume Highway at Wilton following an accident between a car and a truck.<\/p>\n
Initial reports indicate the man, 31, was travelling south when his car collided with a truck on approach to the Picton Road exit, about 2.45pm. He suffered head, neck and chest injuries.<\/p>\n
A NSW Ambulance rescue chopper landed on the highway a short time ago.<\/p>\n
The crash has caused lengthy traffic queues and the closure of all southbound lanes.<\/p>\n
