<\/b>Police investigating the sexual assault of a woman at a hotel near Newcastle have arrested and charged a man.<\/p>\n
The woman, aged 42, was sexually assaulted by a man at a hotel in Tighes Hill late yesterday (Tuesday 16 June 2015).<\/p>\n
Officers attended the location around 11.30pm and arrested a 65-year-old man.<\/p>\n
He was taken to Newcastle Police Station and charged with sexual intercourse without consent.<\/p>\n
