<\/b>A man has been charged after returning an alleged alcohol reading of over four times the legal limit near Albury this morning.<\/p>\n
About 9.50am (Sunday 7 June 2015), officers attached to Traffic and Highway Patrol Command stopped a Mitsubishi Magna station wagon travelling north along the Olympic Highway, Culcairn, about 50km north of Albury.<\/p>\n
Police spoke to the male driver before submitting him to a roadside breath test, which returned a positive result.<\/p>\n
The 41-year-old Victorian man was taken to Culcairn Police Station, where he underwent a breath test analysis, allegedly returning a reading of 0.204.<\/p>\n
He has been issued a Court Attendance Notice for high range PCA, to appear at Albury Local Court on Tuesday 23 June 2015.<\/p>\n
