Police are investigating a suspicious house fire in West Tamworth last night.<\/p>\n
About 10.30pm (Tuesday 31 March 2015), emergency services were called to Ridge Street.<\/p>\n
Officers from Fire & Rescue NSW extinguished the fire, which is believed to have started inside the house.<\/p>\n
No persons have been reported injured due to the fire.<\/p>\n
Police from Oxley Local Area Command attended and established a crime scene with specialist police investigators due to examine the premises once it has been deemed safe to do so.<\/p>\n
Detectives have begun investigations into the fire, which is being treated as suspicious.<\/p>\n
