The first official performance by the Conservatoriums newest ensemble, Orchestra Newcastle, led by Christopher Bearman, featuring special guest performers Echology Choir (formerly known as University of Newcastle Chamber Choir).<\/p>\n

Prokofiev\u2019s \u201cAlexander Nevsky\u201d Cantata for Choir and Orchestra \u2013 the Australian Premiere<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>This powerful work based on the film score of the same name will delight your senses. The program will feature Piano Concerto No 2 by Dmitre Shostakovich with Dr Gian-Franco Ricci as soloist.<\/p>\n
