Seven-time GRAMMY winning trio\u00a0Lady Antebellum\u00a0<\/strong>announced today that their fifth studio album\u00a0747<\/strong>will land in stores on\u00a0Oct 3rd.<\/strong>\u00a0The album’s sultry lead single\u00a0“Bartender”\u00a0<\/strong> is already soaring up the country charts to become one of their fastest rising singles.\u00a0\u00a0Nathan Chapman<\/strong>\u00a0co-produced the 11-song disc with\u00a0Lady A\u00a0<\/strong>for the Capitol Records Nashville release.<\/p>\n

“We unanimously knew that our album title had to be 747,”\u00a0<\/em>said\u00a0Lady A’s Hillary Scott.<\/strong>\u00a0“The track itself has this pushing, driving spirit about it that sums up our attitude right now.\u00a0 We are pushing ourselves as a band and as songwriters\u2026taking ourselves out of our comfort zone and not taking ourselves too seriously.\u00a0\u00a0 There’s an urgency and an energy to it that we’ve never released before.”<\/em><\/p>\n

“We are so ready to get this music out,”\u00a0<\/em>continued\u00a0Charles Kelley.<\/strong>\u00a0“To get the reaction we’ve gotten from ‘Bartender’ has only made us more fired up about the rest of these songs!”<\/em><\/p>\n

“We had the opportunity to write with some new songwriters and really dig for outside songs that were songs we wish we’d written,”<\/em>\u00a0added\u00a0Dave Haywood.<\/strong>\u00a0“As we took them into the studio, we changed our approach and challenged ourselves to try some new things that were outside of what we’d done before.”<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
