She has forged a lengthy career in one of the toughest and most unforgiving industries, show business, yet as critics attest, she just keeps going from strength to strength.\u00a0 In this year\u2019s Australia Day Honours List she was awarded a medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) \u2018For service to the performing arts, and to the community.\u2019<\/p>\n
